Race Day Travel & Shuttle Info – Tell Us How You’re Getting to the Start

🚌 Race Day Travel & Shuttle Information

Due to changes in local access this year, our usual parking beside the finish lines at the Brockagh Centre will not be available.

Instead, all participant parking will be at Laragh GFC sports grounds, located approximately 2.7 km from the registration area at the Glendalough Visitor Centre.

This adjustment is necessary to meet new access regulations and secure our permit from the National Park authorities. We appreciate your flexibility and cooperation in helping us deliver a smooth event.

🏁 Getting to the Start Lines

There is no vehicle access to either the marathon or half-marathon start lines. All participants must make their way to the drop-off zone at the Glendalough Visitor Centre, and proceed on foot from there.

  • Marathon Start: 800 m from the drop-off
  • Half-Marathon Start: 1.2 km from the drop-off
