Refunds
One rule for both distances, stated at checkout and honoured there. Final wording to be supplied by the client.
Transfers between runners
Whether a place may be passed on, the deadline for doing it, and the administration fee if any.
Deferrals
Whether a place can be carried to the following edition, and on what evidence.
Distance changes
Moving between marathon and half marathon, in either direction, and the cut-off date for asking.
Waiver and conditions of entry
Minimum age, cut-off times, mandatory kit on the mountain sections, sweep vehicle and withdrawal procedure.
Privacy, cookies and accessibility
What we collect at entry, who sees it on race day, how long we keep it, and how the site is built to be used.
